Our emotions, attitudes and feelings, some forgotten or never discovered, our experiences and our stories find expression in our body. They take shape in our posture and our movements. Pain can limit our sense of aliveness and restrict our range of motion and emotion. Joyful emotions open our heart and “give us wings”.

By bringing awareness to embodied emotions, we strengthen the body’s natural propensity towards the experience and expression of joy and fulfillment.
